MONTH 1 - Sensual Self-Love
We begin this path by reigniting the passion inside your heart and resensitising your body to feel again. Experience the beauty and delight of your temple body and the inherent magic within you! You'll meet your inner beloved, awaken the goddess inside you, and activate your devotion to self-love as a sacred art. Inside this phase, we'll explore daily rituals to cultivate the most important intimate relationship of your life: the one with yourself.
MONTH 2 - Shadow Play
In phase 2, we continue our path with a deep dive journey into the furthest corners of your soul—releasing limiting patterns, resistance, and self-sabotaging behaviours that keep you from fully embodying who you are at your core. You'll release what no longer serves, so you may create a new way of being from a clear and elevated space within. Inside this phase, you'll connect to your primal self, liberate and activate the wild woman, and feel what it is to be present and embodied in who you are—shamelessly.
MONTH 3 - Sexual Sovereignty
And finally, in phase 3 we'll explore pleasure as a sanctuary for healing. You will be guided to (re)discover your energy body, awaken the potent and powerful sexual energy within, and how to circulate this sexual energy to electrify your whole life! Throughout this final month, we'll continue the work of releasing trauma as we rewire your nervous system towards love, safety, and belonging. Inside this phase, you'll expand your pleasure potential and fully awaken to the beauty you carry inside.

For too long, women have held shame around their body, sexuality, and feminine expression. And this shame has kept us from our greatest power.
Like most women, my story began deeply rooted in this feminine shame.
I spent most of life feeling dissociated and numb from my body and emotions. Due to trauma that had left me feeling unsafe, I put up this wall between myself and life. It got to a point where the wall was so strong that I needed extreme sensations and experiences to feel anything at all.
It took hitting rock bottom for my life to change.
When I could no longer ignore the screams inside my body, I embarked on a journey to heal myself. To reconnect with every part I had lost.
This journey took me deep into the ancient healing arts—exploring tantra, breathwork, energy healing, sexual empowerment, priestesshood, and the sacred feminine mysteries.
It was here, in this deeply liberated space, that I transformed my pain into power. That I freed myself from my bonds and let life show me just how powerful I really am. I stopped looking for validation outside of myself, and found the deepest love from within.
And a whole new world of magic opened up before me…
I manifested my dream life, my dream relationships, and lifestyle.
